The Parade for Heritage

In this picture is the story of the annual Heritage Festival that takes place in Tobago every year from July to August 1 each year. It is a time to commemorate the struggle, history and life of the ancestors and all the traditions of a by-gone era. In the image is a procession of people in the streets of Charlotteville as they kick off the beginning of the celebration and start to march from Fort Cambleton to the lower part of Charlotteville stopping at designated areas along the way.
