Writing of Love

After receiving a microscope with a digital camera for Xmas 2025, I explored a number of varying images. But one series I really liked was when I used my old fountain pen to write on pieces of paper, under the microscope.From this, I came up with the idea of this image - writing the word love, with the pen, under the microscope - resulting in a number of images I like. This one is the start of:

  • A memory
  • An examination

It gave me so many ideas, concepts and starting points and became one of my favourite images.
